The wonderful people who give you those delicious burrito bowls at Chipotle just got an upgrade. Nation's Restaurant News reports that every worker at Chipotle is going to get amazing new benefits.

Part-time workers will get full tuition reimbursements, paid sick days, and paid vacations; those benefits were previously restricted to salaried employees. The policy will kick in July 1. The company hopes to recruit more high school and college students and keepPlaygroup them around longer. If they get more benefits, maybe they'll see Chipotle as more than just a summer job.

"We have a lot of folks who, if they realize they could make a career with Chipotle, would stick with us while they are in college and take advantage of our tuition-reimbursement program," recruitment manager JD Cummings told Nation's Restaurant News. "They could find the path to nuskin

If they keep part-timers around longer, they'd be able to get more people who are management material. And that's important, since they say nearly all their managers are promoted from within. (But it might not be all sunny at Chipotle. There are several pending lawsuits from employees who claim the company cheated them out of wages, though Chipotle denies the claims against them.)
